The following project is the result of my work as a designer at Guido de Groot Design.
Glacier 44 is a 13.5-metre aluminium luxury chase boat with a limousine-style interior, designed specifically for the superyacht hospitality industry.
Created around the comfort and experience of owners and guests, the Glacier 44 Chase combines the refined atmosphere of a luxury limousine tender with the performance and versatility of a true chase boat. A spacious, protected interior provides privacy and exceptional comfort for guest transfers, while her 40-knot cruising speed allows her to operate effortlessly alongside the demands of a modern superyacht.
Purpose-built for superyacht operations, she is equally capable as a high-speed chase boat, luxury guest tender or an extension of the mothership's hospitality experience.
Fully equipped for towing behind the mothership, the Glacier 44 Chase features integrated towing points, a dedicated hydraulic shaft-locking system and advanced onboard monitoring, together with a comprehensive range of systems and options developed specifically for superyacht operations.
